All three rooms have a private balcony, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Same beds, same fittings, same housekeeping. The difference between them is floor space.
They run from 24 m² to 51 m², which is roomy for central Pattaya at this price. The largest is on a high floor and sits furthest from the street, so it is also the quietest.

Five square metres more floor and a wider bed. The room most guests book twice, once to try it and again because they liked it.

Straight answers
Better you know before you book than after you arrive.
There is no lift, so every floor is reached by stairs. Ask for a low floor if that matters to you.
Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 8 and over are charged as adults.
Book direct
Our rate here matches the booking sites, because we are not allowed to undercut them. Booking direct gets you a welcome drink, late checkout when the day allows it, and a reply from the people who run the place.
Check in from 14:00 until 23:00. Check out by 12:00. Bring photo ID.
